How do I know that you recieved all my items?


You will recieve an email within 48 hours of us recieving your items with an inventory list. We also suggest you include an inventory list with your items but we don't require it.




How much will I earn?


We split the sales price 50/50. Shipping and PayPal fees are taken out of our percentage.




Can I specify prices?


We do not allow our consigners to specify prices. Our team works hard to keep up with children's clothing resale trends and we promise to provide fair prices to both our consigners and our customers.




What brands do you accept?


We currently accept all boutique and trunk show brands. If you have any questions about an item's brand or condition, please email us!




What are your quality standards?


Mother Goose accepts good condition, gently used clothing. We do not accept clothing with stains, rips, or holes.




How long are consignment periods?


Our consignment periods are 180 days. Unsold items after those 180 days will be either returned to you or donated.




Do you accept monogramed clothing?


We do!





In what currency will I be charged?


We accept payments in USD currencies: All transactions will be carried out in USD Currency Only

If you credit card account is in a currency other than USD Dollars, you may be charged at a different exchange rate than what is quoted on our website. You may also be subject to a foreign currency transaction fee. Please consult your bank or credit card provider if you are unsure. We are not responsible for the exchange rate of any charges your bank or issuing credit card company may charge you.




How much does international shipping cost and how long does it take ?


To make a shipping cost as low at no extra charges, our prices are included International flat rate UPS EXPRESS Courier. UPS WORLDWIDE SAVER® 2-4 business days (after dispatched) by end of day + delay 2+ days If your parcel is being returned to sender due to any reason such as Unclaimed, Denied Due to Customs Charges, Incomplete/Insufficient Address, Undeliverable as Addressed, Prohibited Import / Denied Entry by Customs, Refused, etc..The Shipping fees will not be reimbursed and we reserve the right to charge you for Return shipping at $60 USD per a Jug (every 500g) plus UPS charge fees and return shipping back to you.

Payment and Shipping in $USD?


Your order will be charged in USD CURRENCY (USD) dollars. The price are included International AUSPOST EXPRESS or Economic EXPRESS Courier. If your parcel is being returned to sender due to any reason such as Unclaimed, Denied Due to Customs Charges, Incomplete/Insufficient Address, Undeliverable as Addressed, Prohibited Import / Denied Entry by Customs, Refused, etc..The shipping fees will not be reimbursed and we reserve the right to charge you for return shipping start at $50 USD (Standard) and $60USD (Express Door to door) per a Jug.




How long does it take for express delivery?


Yes! We delivery Worldwide for order over $100 USD with EXPRESS International post. It will take 5 -10+ BUSINESS DAY time depend on which countries zone you are, simply enter your address during checkout. Mostly it will take 5+ business days to arrive your destination. What's the deal with international taxes and fees?


Because customs policies vary from country to country, international orders may be subject to local customs charges. Any customs, import duties and associated fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are charged once the parcel reaches its country of destination. How to Track Packages?

How to Fix an Incorrect Address?


1. Select the Tracking tab with this link 2. Enter your Tracking Number and go to the Tracking Details page. 3. Choose the Correct My Address button. 4. In the Address Modification window, choose an option from the drop-down menu in the New Delivery Address section. The address fields are activated once you've made a selection. 5. Enter the address correction. 6. Select Next. 7. Review the updated address information. If you need to make any additional changes, select Back. 8. If you're satisfied with your changes, select Update. Your address correction is now complete. Note: Only certain parts of your address can be modified. For instance, the street name and street number cannot both be changed, but other address modifications can be made (e.g., city, ZIP Code, addition of a room, suite, floor, etc.). If both your street name and number are incorrect, please contact the shipper. If you need to make a correction for anything other than an undeliverable address, please contact UPS.
